Ms. ALETA NECOLE THOMAS, respectfully moves this to withdraw
Ground Two in her previously filed Motion to Vacate, Set Aside, or Correct
Sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255. Motion, ECF No.125. Ms. Thomas will,
consequently, proceed via Ground One only.
Accordingly, Ms. Thomas prays this Court grant her request to withdraw
the foregoing claim.
