Pursuant to the provisions of Rule 55(a)of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and upon
verified application of counsel for the plaintiff and the records of this Court reflecting that would-
be claimants Ally Invest Securities, LLC, First Community Bank, and R&R Delivery Service, Inc.
were mailed notice of the “Notice of Forfeiture Action” at their last known addresses on
November 24, 2023, and that more than 60 sixty-days has lapsed since service was made, and the
would-be claimants have failed to file a claim and answer or otherwise plead to the “Notice of

Forfeiture Action.”

It is therefore ADJUDGED that Ally Invest Securities, LLC, First Community Bank, and
