Re: United States v. Yasha Barjona
                      Criminal No. 23-546

Dear Judge Williams:

Please accept this letter in lieu of a more formal request to adjourn the sentencing hearing
in the above captioned matter, which is currently set for Tuesday, August 25, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.
The Government needs additional time to prepare for sentencing. Defense counsel has no
objection to rescheduling the sentencing hearing. We request that the sentencing be adjourned
until Monday, November 23, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. Thank you for your
consideration in this matter.

                                                  Respectfully,

                                                  ROBERT FRAZER
