SECOND AMENDED SCHEDULING ORDER
AND NOW, this 7th day of June, 2024, upon consideration of the parties’ Joint Stipulation
Extending Document Production Deadline, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Amended
Scheduling Order (ECF No. 123) is AMENDED as follows:
1. By no later than June 28, 2024, Plaintiffs shall produce tax returns and bank statements
for the years 2019–2021 for all named Plaintiffs and provide verified interrogatory responses. In
the alternative, Plaintiffs shall provide written certifications that, following a diligent search on
behalf of Plaintiffs and counsel, Plaintiffs possess no responsive documents in their care, custody,
or control.
2. All other dates in the Amended Scheduling Order (ECF No. 123) remain in full effect.
