(B) PAY ALL OBLIGATIONS WITH RESPECT THERETO, AND
(II) GRANTING RELATED RELIEF; AND (B) FINAL HEARING THEREON
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, on October 3, 2022, Kabbage, Inc. d/b/a KServicing
and its debtor affiliates, as debtors and debtors in possession in the above-captioned chapter 11
cases (collectively, the “Debtors”), filed the Motion of Debtors for Entry of Interim and Final
Orders (I) Authorizing (A) Debtors to Continue Insurance Policies, and (B) Pay All Obligations
with Respect Thereto, and (II) Granting Related Relief [Docket No. 7] (the “Motion”) with the
United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the “Court”). A copy of the Motion
is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that, following an initial hearing to consider
the Motion on October 6, 2022, the Court entered the Interim Order (I) Authorizing Debtors to
(A) Continue Insurance Policies, and (B) Pay All Obligations with Respect Thereto, and
