UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF FLORIDA MIAMI DIVISION Case No. 23-60173-CR-WILLIAMS/GRAHAM UNITED STATES OF AMERICA vs. CAROLYN DENISE WADE and TRACY D. WADE Defendants. I - ------- ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon a telephonic status conference held on this matter on Tuesday, July 30, 2024. THE COURT issued an Order on July 25, 2024, directing the parties to appear on July 30, 2024, for a conference regarding the status of this matter [ECF No. 117). However, counsel for defendants failed to appear at the status conference. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that counsel for defendants shall file within three (3) days of the date of this Order a memorandum showing good cause for their failure to appear at the scheduled status conference. Failure to comply with this Order may result in sanctions imposed against counsel.
