MOTION FOR WITHDRAWAL OF GRACE L. HILL AS COUNSEL 
Defendant Visa Inc. (“Defendant”) respectfully moves this Court for an order permitting 
Grace L. Hill to withdraw as counsel of record for Defendant, and respectfully requests that she 
be removed from the CM/ECF noticing list and any other service list in this case.  The withdrawal 
of Mrs. Hill is because after November 1, 2024 she became no longer associated with the law firm 
Wilkinson Stekloff LLP.  Defendant will continue to be represented by other counsel of record 
from Wilkinson Stekloff LLP after Mrs. Hill’s departure.
