Affidavit of Judith S. Sanborn

|, Judith S. Sanborn, having personal knowledge of the undersigned facts hereby
depose and state as follows:

1. At no time since the beginning of these proceedings have | been contacted by
text, telephone, email, US mail or in person by any representative of the MA
State Police in an effort to return my son David Staveleys MA Drivers License.

2. | have made numerous attempts to retrieve not only David Staveleys License
but also his wallet and the property within from both the US Marshals and FBI.

3. At no time did the US Marshals or the FBI mention that the MA State Police
had custody of the property.

4. | have seen the FBI report stating they have his property as well as two items
in the Providence Journal.

5. The actions, manipulations,deceptions of Lee Vilker have continued to
escalate and now we have reached an all time low. The motion he has submitted
Is riddled with exaggerations and out right lies as presented to the honorable
court. He has brought me, Judith S. Sanborn, into his web of deception with his
lies to the court as displayed in this affidavit.

6. The Court must sanction his deceit and punish him for his ongoing escalating
behavior.
