Sanborn, a/k/a David Sanborn, a/k/a Kurt Sanborn, a/k/a David Adler Staveley, Defendant, Appellant. JUDGMENT Entered: August 2, 2022 This cause came on to be heard on appeal from the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island and was argued by counsel. Upon consideration whereof, it is now here ordered, adjudged and decreed as follows: The appeal is dismissed without prejudice to the right of the defendant to prosecute his ineffective assistance of counsel claims in a collateral proceeding under 28 U.S.C. § 2255.
