This matter, having come before the Court on the Government’s Motion in limine 
to Preclude Evidence and Arguments Concerning Victim Negligence and Profits, the 
Court hereby enters the following order:   
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:  
The defendant shall not introduce evidence or argument concerning alleged 
negligence by the victim lenders and loan processors or the SBA.  The defendant also 
shall not introduce evidence and argument concerning any profit by the victim lenders.
