ORDER 
 
 
Pending before the Court is Defendant’s Unopposed Motion to Modify Conditions of 
Release (Doc. #230).  The motion states that defendant Nazir has been experiencing problems 
with her automobile and needs to take out an automotive loan in order to purchase a new vehicle.  
Paragraph 7(s) of the Order Setting Conditions of Release for defendant Nazir provides:  “The 
defendant must . . . not incur new [debt] or open new lines of credit without court approval.”  
(Doc. #22 at 2.)  Government counsel does not oppose the defendant’s request. 
 
Based on the wording of the subject condition of release, the Court finds it unnecessary to 
modify the condition in order to allow defendant Nazir to take out an automotive loan.  Rather, 
the Court grants its approval for the defendant to apply for an automotive loan. 
Given the Court’s approval, defendant Nazir may obtain an automotive loan without 
violating the existing condition of release.  Therefore, it is 
 
ORDERED that Defendant’s Unopposed Motion to Modify Conditions of Release (Doc. #230) 
is moot.
