Upon consideration of the Application of the United States of America requesting 
that the Court authorize the IRS to turn over funds it seized to the Clerk of this Court to 
be applied as partial satisfaction of Defendant’s restitution balance, and for good cause 
shown, 
IT IS ORDERED that the IRS shall turn over the following seized funds to the 
United States District Court, Clerk’s Office, Fiscal Department, 255 East Temple Street, 
Suite 1178, Los Angeles, California 90012, in order for those funds to be applied to 
Defendant’s restitution balance.    Payment shall be made by wire, check, or money 
order.  If paid by check or money order, the memo shall include the criminal case name 
and number, and the name of defendant Andrew Marnell.
