OF RELEASE

WHEREAS, the Court having conducted an Initial Appearance on July 26, 2023, setting 
the following conditions of release: 
1. 
Pretrial Services Supervision. 
2. 
Surrender all passports/travel documents. Do not apply for new travel documents. 
3. 
Travel restricted to the continental United States. 
4. 
Refrain from using alcohol excessively. 
5. 
No contact with victims or witnesses including co-defendants except in the 
presence of counsel. 
6. 
Surrender/do not possess any firearms. 
7. 
No use or possession of narcotic drugs unless prescribed by a licensed practitioner. 
8. 
Do not apply for any new lines of credit without the approval from the Court. 
9. 
Defendant shall report employment to Pretrial Services within 4 days. 
10. 
Report contact with law enforcement. 
 
WHEREAS, on July 1, 2024, the Court supplemented its July 26, 2023 Order setting 
conditions of release that required the Defendant: 
1. 
To maintain or actively seek employment. 
 
2. 
To maintain his current residence, or a residence approved by Pretrial Services. 
WHEREAS, the Court conducted a Bail Review Hearing on April 4, 2025, based on a 
Petition for Action on Conditions of Pretrial Release; and  
WHEREAS, the Court reimposed all prior conditions of release for the Defendant with 
the following modifications: 
1. 
Any current or former employment must yield income verification. 
 
2. 
Any employment obtained by Defendant must be preapproved by Pretrial Services.

3. 
Defendant shall obtain employment by Monday, June 30, 2025, and provide income 
verification as directed by Pretrial Services.  
 
4. 
Defendant shall submit verification of job applications as directed by Pretrial 
Services. 
 
5. 
Travel is restricted to the Northern District of Georgia, and to the District of New 
Jersey for court appearances only, unless otherwise approved by Pretrial Services. 
 
6. 
The Court finds that the current record does not permit the Defendant’s current 
employment at BDIC.  If Defendant is able to provide income verification regarding 
his BDIC employment to Pretrial Services, then Pretrial Services has the discretion 
to approve employment at BDIC.
