Dear Judge Donio: 
 
By Order dated July 19, 2023, my client Sieff Sargeant was released on conditions after 
surrendering on a criminal complaint. He has complied with all the conditions of his 
release, including reporting the arrest to the NYC DOE. 
 
Attached is a proposed Order that would allow Mr. Sargeant to take a vacation with his 
wife and children. I am also attaching the cruise line itinerary. 
 
As set forth in the proposed Order, Mr. Sargeant’s request to travel is not opposed by 
the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Camden or Pretrial Services in the District of New Jersey or 
the Eastern District of New York so long as the requirements set forth therein are 
included. I should add that the language of the proposed Order has been vetted and 
approved by Assistant U.S. Attorney Daniel Friedman.
