IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE NORTHERN DISTRICT OF GEORGIA ATLANTA DIVISION UNITED STATES OF AMERICA Criminal Action No. 1:20-cr-00228-MHC Vv. MAURICE FAYNE A/K/A ARKANSAS MO ORDER SUBSTITUTING RESTITUTION PAYEE Before the Court is the United States of America’s request for a substitution of the victim payee in the criminal judgment entered against the Defendant in the above-captioned matter. Upon consideration, the motion is GRANTED. The Judgment in a Criminal Case shall be amended to substitute the following as restitution payee in the place of United Community Bank: Small Business Administration/ DFC Loan Number: 8201027101 721 19th Street, 3rd Floor, Room 301 Denver, CO, 80202 All other previously imposed terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full effect.
