ORDER 
 
After Movant filed a motion to vacate his convictions and sentences pursuant 
to 28 U.S.C. §2255 [Doc. 326], I entered an Order instructing the Government to 
show cause within thirty days why the motion should not be granted [Doc. 327].  In 
a letter to the Clerk, however, Movant indicated that a “Memorandum of Law in 
Support thereof will be forthcoming.”  (Doc. 326 at 14). 
Movant is DIRECTED to file a memorandum in support of the §2255 motion 
within TWENTY days of the date of this Order.   
The Government shall have THIRTY days from the date Movant files the 
memorandum to respond thereto.

Movant is advised that a failure to file a memorandum in support within the 
aforementioned time period may result in dismissal of the §2255 motion.
