A Petition for writ in the Nature of Habeas Corpus and a Complaint for Trespass have been filed against you
alleging the:
•
Unlawful arrest and/or detention of the PERSON MAURICE-JOHNSON-FAYNE;
•
Unlawfully blocking the distribution of the body of the trust, the trust res, for the remedy of the
heir.
•
Unlawfully holding the body of the !PP /Diplomatic Person.
You are hereby COMMANDED to lay aside all pretenses and excuses, and appear and provide an answer
under oath to the allegations of trespass to The Chair of St. Peter, c/o P.O. Box 160, Sandy Springs, S.C.
29677, within 72 hours to Show Cause as to why the writ should not issue ORDERING the immediate
release of the PERSON and settlement of the estate;
Your failure to timely Show Cause may result in the issue of the charge of trespass against you.
Any further actions taken by the Respondent in the matter failing to Show Cause as to their lawful authority upon which
they stand shall be cause for the issue of charges for war crimes against an Internationally Protected Person, aka
Diplomatic Person in violation of the Geneva Convention, the laws of war and occupation and the trust indenture, aka
Christ's New Covenant.
The modern Provost Marshal is the highest-ranking officer within the 'king's' court, the representative of the supreme
power armed with the temporal sword which he wields at the nod and sufferance of the Successor to Peter. The Provost
Marshal, the representative of the supreme power, is further armed with an authority and ''jurisdiction,.which is even
more potent and terrible than all of the evil omens and witchcraft" and is charged with the suppression of marauding, ·
the depredations (the act of plundering, pillaging and marauding) on private property, the preservation of good order,
the issuance of passes to and bearing the complaints of citizens, with a mandatory obligation to cure any/all trespass
on the private property and the private people non-combatants.

I, Maurice Johnson Fayne, one of the true heirs to the kingdom, having accepted and surrendered
the estate for collections and sacrifice to facilitate the merger of the lesser (Public) estate with the
greater,(private) estate in fulfillment of Christ's New Covenant, come now with a complaint for
trespass and a demand for a cure for the remedy of the heir.
In the above referenced matter, the named agent(s)/officer(s)/official(s) of the occupational
forces defiantly block settlement of the estate while continuing to wage war on the private
property of ilie complainant, one of the true heirs, in violation of the Geneva Convention and the
Laws of War & Occupation.

and to destroy and to overthrow, to build and to plant."
I am Peter,
As the present successor party to the Holy Alliance 1213, the legal title to the kingdom acting in the name
of and under the authority of Jesus Christ, I have accepted and surrendered for collections said legal title
to the kingdom for sacrifice to facilitate the merger of the lesser estate with the greater estate in the
fulfillment of Christ's New Covenant. The private property has been re-established as a 'non-combat
- no war zone' yet, the Occupational Forces continue to wage war on the private property, a grievous
trespass. The Occupational Forces continue to overtly block the release and distribution of the assets to the
true heirs to the kingdom. Again, an egregious trespass.
The Occupant has a mandatory obligation to cure the trespass and restore the peace to the private
property. It is well established that all property is held in the trust established when Christ gave Peter the
Keys to the Kingdom, therefore, all property is private property.
The United States today is the military arm of the Occupying Force armed with the temporal sword which
he wields at the nod and sufferance of the Successor to Peter, and having an absolute fealty/duty to the
supreme power whose primary duty is the fulfillment of the trust indenture, aka Christ's New Covenant.

to revoke, alter, or amend these our Letters Patent as to us or them shall see fit. In witness whereof we have
caused these our Letters to be made Patent, and for the greater testimony and validity thereof, we have
caused our Great Seal of Saint Peter to be affixed to these presents, which we have signed with our own
hand.

Notice of Transition from Beneficiary to Heir
Notice of an Internationally Protected Person (IPP)
I am no longer a beneficiary. I am now the true heir to the kingdom. I came into the world sovereign by the grace of God
with all of the rights of a king with a divine right of dominion over my own kingdom granted by God in Genesis 1:26. Until
now, my inheritance has been administrated under Christ's New Covenant, a trust established when Jesus gave Peter the
keys to the kingdom as described in Matthew.
My mother, while still recovering from the rigors of childbirth and believing she was required to do so, filed an
application for a Certificate of Live Birth. Based on mom's testimony, as an informant, I have been transformed
from an heir to a beneficiary, my name entered into the Book of the Dead. Although I was still living, I had been
transported to the graveyard of commerce well beyond the Father's Kingdom.
As a beneficiary I am forced to apply for a license, complete with fines, fees and taxes, for the enjoyment of my
sovereign rights. The trustees have placed their own private script/money between me and my divine inheritance
forcing me to expend my life energy just to survive thereby diverting me from my divine purpose here on earth.
As a beneficiary I am unable to handle my own affairs as the trustee(s) have full control over my inheritance. I
have no protection and I am unable to defend my personal and property rights as there is no remedy in the
courts of law. The trustees have forced me to live in poverty unable to provide for my very basic surviv:al needs
having separated me from my divine inheritance of abundance and prosperity.
Today I am no longer a beneficiary. I am the true heir to the kingdom having fulfilled the terms and conditions set forth in
Christ's New Covenant, the law of the trust, to accept and surrender Christ's New Covenant to facilitate the merger and
union in the Father's Estate.
Please take notice that the change in my status from beneficiary to heir changes your fiduciary
1 duties and responsibilities concerning an heir to the kingdom.

As an heir to the kingdom I am one of the Private People with all of the protections and restrictions against trespass of
private right and property as set forth in the Geneva Convention and the laws of war and occupation.
My surrendered 'PERSON', and any derivative, is now an Internationally Protected Person (IPP), under the Geneva
Convention and is protected from all charges, seizures, arrests and/or civil executions. Any adverse action taken against a
surrendered PERSON or the Private People constitutes a war crime.
Please find the attached copy of Official Surrender, served to the Commander-in-Chief of the Army and Navy - President
Donald John Trump, on Twenty-Seventh day of August, anno Domini Two Thousand and Twenty.

Commander-in-Chief,
I am Maurice Johnson of the family Fayne, heir. I come to you, Donald John Trump, the Commander-in-Chief
of the Army and Navy, in the name of and under the authority of Jesus Christ, my signet and seal. I do hereby
'suM"ender for collection' the enclosed PERSON in accordance with Chrisfs New Covenant, the law.s of
war, laws of Belligerent Occupation, the Geneva Convention and Additional Protocols, trust law and the
equitable principles of reversion and merger of estates.
I have included;
• evidence of the legal publication of an unregistered claim (Certified on August 24th, 2020)
• evidence of the acceptance (Trust Indenture)
• evidence of perfection of title (Notice of Claim)
all of which establish that there are no bona fides and that I alone hold the superior claim. The enclosed copy
of my Notice of Claim is fulfillment of the Conditions precedent as set forth in 50 USC ch 53 § 4309.
An occupying party which "takes" surrender is not required to go out to receive surrender; instead, the party
offering surrender has to come forward and submit to the control of the enemy forces. Additional Protocol II,
states that "it is prohibited to order that there shall be no survivors" suggesting that an Occupying party cannot
refuse to take a surrender.
I am waving the white flag with full intent to surrender, yet the question remains as to how to surrender when
the occupying force cannot see the PERSON's hands in the air waving a white flag? How does one get beyond
. the occupant's blind justice, non-stop charges and civil executions to surrender? I am NOT a retreating
combatant. I have come forward and by my own free will act and deed do hereby surrender, submit and convey
authority over the PERSON, and its derivatives, to your control via the United States Post Office - Registered
Mail Service (USPO-RMS). The USPO-RMS creates a Registered Private Contract and shall serve as proof of
delivery and my receipt. My tender to the USPO as lawful payment of the agreed postage constitutes delivery
in accordance with the well established Mailbox rule.
My PERSON is now in your hands.
This surrendered PERSON is no longer participating in hostilities, by choice or circumstance, and is a hors de
combat and an Internationally Protected Person in accordance with the Geneva Convention IV
and the Additional Protocols under the following specific categories:
This PERSON, having been created when I was a mere fourteen (14) days old, has since been under the
authority of the Occupying Power of an adverse party. At no time has either this PERSON nor I been a
national, subsequently being stateless and deprived of and/ or not having diplomatic, political or military
protection. Article 4(2),[1] of the Convention intends to protect civilians (in enemy territory, occupied
territory or the combat zone) who do not have the nationality of the belligerent in whose hands they find
themselves, or who are stateless persons.

An Internationally Protected Person is:
{i) Anyone who is in the power of an adverse party. It is uncontested that a person who is in the
power of an adverse party is hors de combat. This rule is set forth in Additional Protocol I
and is implicit in common Article 3 of the Geneva Conventions and in Additional Protocol 11;
(iii) Anyone who clearly indicates an intention to surrender. This category is based on the Hague
Regulations, common Article 3 of the Geneva Conventions and Additional Protocol I.
The prohibition on attacking persons recognized as hors de combat is set forth in numerous military manuals.
Such attacks are defined as a war crime in the legislation of a number of States and is applied in national and
international law. The rule is based on common Article 3 of the Geneva Conventions, which prohibits "violence
to life and person, in particular murder of all kinds" against persons placed hors de combat. This prohibition
includes any/all civil charges and/or 'executions' ordered and/or carried out against my PERSON by the
courts.
You shall immediately flag my PERSON's account in your data system to reflect their status as an
Internationally Protected Person in order to ensure that your officers, officials, agents and/or employees do
not commit the prohibited acts against me or my PERSON. Further, you shall provide me and PERSON
protection, akin to the diplomatic protection afforded a foreign official or official guest. Additionally, to limit
your liability and prevent irreparable harm, documentation should be provided that will facilitate my free and
unmolested travel/movement in, out and through the occupied territory.
My PERSON have been surrendered for collections in the nature of an action for reversion. There is no
discretion in a surrender for collections, but is executed by the operation of law charging a mandatory
obligation to merge the lesser estate into the greater to facilitate the distribution of assets to the heir. The full
authority over these PERSON has been conveyed to you along with the surrender providing you the authority
necessary to carry out the required administrative duties to affect the merger.
The estate deed shall be immediately forwarded to the proper office/officer with instructions to administrate
the estate for settlement and disbursement of the assets to this heir forthwith. Further, a periodic report will
keep me abreast of all scheduled actions and their completion to verify compliance of the directives herein.
