ORDER SUBSTITUTING RESTITUTION PAYEE

Before the Court is the United States of America’s request for a substitution
of the victim payee in the criminal judgment entered against the Defendant in the
above-captioned matter. Upon consideration, the motion is GRANTED.

The Judgment in a Criminal Case shall be amended to substitute the
following as restitution payee in the place of United Community Bank:
