Dear Courtroom Deputies:
Pursuant to Local Rule 57.1E(4), NDGa, as sole and lead counsel
representing Mr. Jay in the above-styled case, I write to request a leave of absence
for the following dates:
    a) Monday, April 5, 2021, through and including Monday, April 12, 2021;
    b) Wednesday, July 28, 2021, through and including Tuesday, August 10,      
         2021.
           I am scheduled to be out of the office and the district during these dates. 
This case is not currently scheduled for any hearings or trial during these dates.   I
ask that no court appearances be scheduled during these periods for this case.
