DEFENDANT’S MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION OF BOND (DOC.

Defendant Maurice Fayne now files this supplement in support of his request 
for this Court to reconsider the order of detention issued on December 22, 2020.  In 
support whereof, counsel shows the following: 
 
The Court provided the parties with a chronological log from the probation 
department this afternoon.  This prompted counsel to review the text messages she 
had between Mr. Tudor and Mr. Fayne.  Counsel now realizes that the list of 
people not to contact is listed twice in the text chain between Mr. Fayne and Mr. 
Tudor.  Counsel previously filed a screenshot of the second time it appears in the 
text chain (July 3, 2020).  Counsel now files complete text chain for the Court’s 
review.  (See attached.)
