SHEPPARD’S UNOPPOSED MOTION TO TRAVEL  
JULY 24-27, 2025, FOR CHILD VISITATION  
 
1. On Friday. July 18, 2025, Sheppard transitioned to Supervised Release.  
2. Today, Eric asked his assigned Probation Officer Emmanuel Aracena Santos 
to permit him to travel to see his 16-year-old son Jake for visiting day at summer 
camp in Pennsylvania; Jake has been away for more than six weeks. Officer Santos 
informed Eric that during the first sixty days of supervision, a court order is 
required for out-of-state travel.  
3. Both before and after the verdict, this Court allowed such travel. 
4. Visiting day at camp is next weekend. Eric proposes to travel July 24-27  
with his wife Jen for this child visitation. The proposed itinerary has been provided 
to the government and to Officer Santos.
