UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF FLORIDA Case No. 22-cr-20290-BLOOM UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, v. ERIC DEAN SHEPPARD, Defendant. _____________________________/ ORDER ALLOWING ELECTRONICS AND OTHER EQUIPMENT THIS CAUSE is before the Court on Defendant Eric Dean Sheppard’s (“Defendant”) Third Motion to Allow Electronic and Other Equipment into the Courthouse, ECF No. [150] (“Motion”). The Court has considered the Motion and is duly advised. Accordingly, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion, ECF No. [150], is GRANTED. Defendant’s additional audio/visual presenter, Keith Schulman, may bring the following into the courthouse for use at the trial that began on November 27, 2023: cellular phones/smart phone and laptop computers.
