This matter came before the Court on the United States’ motion for a pretrial deadline for 
the defense’s expert disclosures, or alternatively to exclude any defense expert.  Having 
reviewed the file, and being duly advised, it is hereby  
ORDERED that the Motion is granted.  The defense shall complete its expert witness 
disclosures in accordance with Fed. R. Crim. P. 16 and Local Rule 88.10 by noon Tuesday 
September 19, 2023.
