This matter comes before the Court on Defendant Eric Dean Sheppard’s Unopposed 
Motion 
to 
Travel 
to 
the 
Southern 
District 
of 
New 
York 
and 
the  
Middle District of Pennsylvania (“Motion”) [D.E. ___]. The government does not object to the 
relief sought in the Motion. The Court, being fully advised, hereby 
 
ORDERS and ADJUDGES as follows: 
1. 
The Motion [D.E. ___] is GRANTED.  
2. 
For the reasons stated in the Motion, Eric Dean Sheppard is permitted to travel to 
the Southern District of New York and the Western District of Pennsylvania, and any intervening 
districts, from July 31, 2023, through August 4, 2023. 
3. 
Ms. Sheppard shall abide by all other conditions of travel imposed by his bond and 
by the United States Probation Office.
