I, Zaven Paronian, do declare and state:

1. I am defendant Edvard Paronyan's brother and the surety for Edvard
5 
Paronyan in this matter.

2. On March 11, 2021, I signed the $75,000 unsecured bond for Edvard
7 
Paronyan. (Dkt 177). I then deeded my real property as the $75,000 secured bond 
8

for Edvard Paronyan, which I am aware was posted on April 28, 2021. (Dkt. 320). 
3. I am aware of Edvard Paronyan's request to modify the conditions of his

pretrial release so that he is no longer subject to location monitoring or a curfew

4. I approve of Edvard Paronyan's request and this modification to the 
conditions of his pretrial release so that he is no longer subject to location 
monitoring or a curfew so that he may travel overnight in California.

I declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the United States of
