The United States of America, by and through the undersigned Assistant United States 
Attorney, respectfully submits this Notice of Filing Jencks Face Sheet: 
1. 
This matter proceeded to a seven-day jury trial on February 24, 2025, with that 
trial concluding on March 4, 2025. See DE 63-64, 69, 72, 74, 76, & 77. 
2. 
In Paragraph 13 of this Court’s trial order, the Court requires the Government to 
file a “signed face sheet” memorializing the receipt of Jencks materials within seven days of the 
conclusion of trial. See DE 14 at 4. 
3. 
In compliance with this Court’s trial order, the Government submits the attached 
Jencks face sheet, which is marked as Attachment A.
