ORDER 
 
Before the Court is Defendant Donna Clark’s Unopposed Motion to Continue [Doc. 19], 
seeking to continue the change of plea hearing for two weeks.  
A change of plea hearing was scheduled for January 5, 2022. [Doc. 17]. However, 
Defendant’s counsel explains that she has a work-related obligation requiring her to be in 
Knoxville on January 5, 2022. [Doc. 19]. Defendant is aware of her counsel’s obligation in 
Knoxville and agrees with the request to reschedule the hearing. [Id.]. The Government is not 
opposed to a continuance of the change of plea hearing. [Id.]. 
Accordingly, Defendant Donna Clark’s Unopposed Motion to Continue [Doc. 19] is 
GRANTED. The Court will hold a change of plea hearing in this matter on Wednesday, January 
19, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. ET before the undersigned United States District Judge, United States 
Courthouse, Courtroom 1A, 900 Georgia Avenue, Chattanooga, Tennessee.
