UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT MIDDLE DISTRICT OF FLORIDA FORT MYERS DIVISION UNITED STATES OF AMERICA v. CASE NO.: 2:23-cr-88-SPC-KCD DIOP MCKENZIE ORDER MODIFYING CONDITIONS OF RELEASE Following a bond revocation hearing on November 17, 2023 with regard to a Petition for Action on Conditions of Pretrial Release, it is hereby ORDERED that: 1. Defendant will remain on all current conditions of release with the following modification: (a) Defendant is to avoid and refrain from any contact, directly or indirectly, with any person who is or may be a victim in Case No. 2023-MM-007781-A-O pending in the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, with the exception of guidelines put in place by DCF for visitation with Mr. McKenzie’s minor children.
