MOTION FOR SUBSTITUTION OF COUNSEL 
COMES NOW, Zeljka Bozanic, files this Motion for Substitution of Counsel and as 
grounds states the following: 
1. Criminal Justice Act appointed counsel, Nico J. Vitale, is presently counsel of record for 
the Defendant, Denis Casseus, in the above captioned cause. 
2. The Defendant desires to retain Zeljka Bozanic as permanent counsel of record. 
3. Zeljka Bozanic respectfully requests that she be allowed to substitute as counsel of record 
for the Defendant. 
WHEREFORE, Zeljka Bozanic respectfully request that this Court enter its Order 
discharging attorney, Nico J. Vitale, from any further responsibility in this case and substituting 
Zeljka Bozanic as counsel of record for the Defendant, Denis Casseus.
