The United States Marshals Service is responsible for the coordination and transportation of federal prisoners who have been designated to a Bureau of Prisons facility. Ms. Lattany is supposed to get to Victorville, CA on her own expense. I am about to file a motion with the Court, requesting a surrender location closer to Denver, Colorado (the location of Ms. Lattany, her case, and the Court). Before I make this request to the Court, I wanted to see if there is a location Ms. Lattany can surrender in Denver, Colorado, or nearby. Thank you.
