To Whom It May Concern, 
I am wriƟng this leter in support of DeConna Burke, whom I have had the privilege of knowing since 2012. 
Our journey together includes a marriage in 2015, a separaƟon in 2017, and the finalizaƟon of our divorce 
in 2021. While our relaƟonship faced its share of challenges in the past, I wish to share my perspecƟve on 
DeConna's remarkable personal growth and transformaƟon over the years. 
In the earlier stages of our relaƟonship, DeConna and I did not always see eye to eye, and our differences 
eventually led to our separaƟon. However, since that Ɵme, I have witnessed a profound and inspiring 
transformaƟon in him. DeConna has evolved into a humble, caring, considerate, thoughƞul, honest, and 
communicaƟve individual, and I take great pride in knowing the person he has become. 
It is evident to me that DeConna has been dedicated to his own self-improvement and personal 
development. I genuinely appreciate the effort he has put into his growth. Despite the challenges we 
encountered during our marriage and subsequent divorce, I sƟll hold a deep level of care and affecƟon for 
him. I believe that our shared journey played a significant role in his personal development, providing him 
with an opportunity for introspecƟon and growth. 
Since our reconnecƟon in September 2022, I have had the privilege of witnessing a different side of 
DeConna. He has transformed into a man who is wholeheartedly commited to ensuring the safety, 
happiness, and well-being of those around him. His selfless devoƟon to making the people in his life feel 
loved and secure is both impressive and heartwarming. 
DeConna's commitment to personal growth and his newfound qualiƟes make him an asset to any 
community or organizaƟon. He demonstrates a sincere desire to be a posiƟve influence on those he 
interacts with and to make meaningful contribuƟons to society. In our regular conversaƟons, he 
consistently provides his undivided atenƟon, non-judgmental support, and valuable advice, making him 
an invaluable confidant. 
I am honored to offer this character witness statement for DeConna Burke. I firmly believe that he has 
matured into a genuinely kind, caring, and responsible individual who is dedicated to the well-being of 
others. I have every confidence in his ability to conƟnue his journey of personal growth and to make a 
posiƟve impact on the lives of those he encounters.

To Whom It May Concern, 
I am Rolando Graham and I am the current President of Jacksonville, Florida Ruff 
Ryders. Our organization is a global entity that prides ourselves in community uplift 
and family. We have many programs under our umbrella which hallmark those 
guiding principles. We have adopted to offer support in structuring our community 
involvement by mentoring at multiple schools, doing multiple back-to-school 
drives, sponsoring multiple youth sport teams, and feeding, clothing, and providing 
hygiene products to homeless persons and less fortunate children. These are just 
some of the things we do in our city for betterment.  
One of our members who spearheaded these efforts was DeConna Burke.  Mr. 
Burke was our Prospect Manager and his sphere of responsibility covers 
recruitment and training development. This position is only entrusted to our most 
keen and charismatic members since this affects not only our growth, but also our 
overall quality development.  
To date, he has embodied our four guiding principles: (1) Loyalty, (2) Duty, (3) 
Respect, and (4) Honor.  We see that he clearly passes this on to all new members 
that he has mentored. This position is one of trust, and one that has the highest 
visibility, and therefore we has chosen Mr. Burke, one of our brightest performers 
to hold such responsibilities.
