GOVERNMENT’S RESPONSE TO BUCK’S 
18 U.S.C. § 3582(c)(1)(A) MOTION 
 
The Government is filing its response to Buck’s 18 U.S.C. § 
3582(c)(1)(A) motion today, May 25, 2023.  That response references two exhibits: 
Exhibits A and B include the defendant’s health records from the Bureau of 
Prisons.  Given the sensitive nature of the information in the attachments, the 
Government asks this Court to enter an order sealing Exhibits A and B, thereby 
restricting access to the parties and the Court.  Upon issuing the order, the 
Government will file the referenced exhibits under seal.
