MOTION TO WITHDRAW 
 
Now comes the United States of America, by and through David H. Estes, United 
States Attorney for the Southern District of Georgia, and respectfully requests to 
terminate the appearance of AUSA Patrick Schwedler. AUSA Schwedler will soon be 
leaving the United States Attorney’s Office for private practice and will no longer be 
able to represent the United States going forward. 1 AUSA Jonathan Porter will remain 
as lead counsel for the United States. AUSA Schwedler therefore respectfully requests 
to be removed as counsel for the United States. A proposed order is attached for the
