THIS MATTER having come before the Court on application of the 
defendant Damaris Valerio (hereinafter "Ms. Valerio") for modification of her bail 
terms for by and through her attorney, John L .  Russo, Esq. T he United States 
Attorney's Office (by AUSA Fatime Cano) and United States Pre-trial Officer Sophia 
Grigolo consent to the below modifications:   
IT IS THEREFORE, on this ___day of December, 2023, 
ORDERED that Ms. Valerio's  pre- trial release and  bail conditions are amended as 
follows: 
a) That Ms. Valerio’s travel be restricted to the District of New Jersey and the
Southern and Eastern Districts of New York; and
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all other bail a n d p r e - t r i a l r e l e a s e 
conditions remain in place.
