Order Accepting Waiver of Indictment 
 
Before the Court is the defendant’s waiver of indictment. On September 4, 2024, 
the Court held a hearing where the defendant was advised of the charge filed against 
her by information, the maximum penalties, and of her right under Fed. R. Crim. P. 7 
to be indicted on the charge by a federal grand jury. The defendant executed a waiver 
of indictment in open Court. The Court finds the defendant knowingly, intelligently, 
voluntarily, and freely waived her right to be indicted on the charge by a federal grand 
jury.  The defendant has consented to prosecution by information.
