VIRGINIA Case No. I:24-CR-40 (PTG) ORDER Upon motion of the United States to certify the case as "complex" under the Speedy Trial Act, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3161(h)(7)(B)(ii), and with the consent of the defendant, the Court hereby FINDS that the ends of justice served in scheduling a trial beyond the 70-day deadline established by the Speedy Trial Act outweigh the best interests of the public and the defendant in a speedy trial, and therefore the Court GRANTS the Motion and certifies this case as "complex."
