ORDER 
Initial appearance and arraignment hearings held.  Defendant self-surrendered on 3/1/23.  
Defendant informed of his rights and of the charges and the maximum penalties if he were to be 
convicted.  Mr. Victor Henderson is retained counsel for defendant for today’s hearing. 
Defendant waives formal reading of indictment. Defendant pleads not guilty.  A plea of not 
guilty is entered.  16.1 Conference by 3/8/23.   Pretrial Motions will be set by the District Court. 
Status hearing before Judge Bucklo set for 3/17/23 at 10:00am.    Government's oral motion to 
unseal case is granted. Without objection, the Government's oral motion to exclude time is 
granted.  Excludable time from 3/1/23 to and including 3/17/23, for preparation of pretrial 
motions under the ends-of-justice provision, as required by § 3161 (h)(7) and for motions under 
18 USC § 3161 (7) (B) (iv) and 18 USC § 3161 (h)(1) (D). (X-T) & (X-E). 
Over the defendant’s objection, the Court imposed as a condition of bond that the real 
property at 11060 Frances Lane, Palos Park, IL., be posted as security for a $100,000 bond for 
Mr. Scott. Additional conditions of bond are set forth in the Order setting conditions of 
release, subject to all conditions set forth on page 2 and 3.  Defendant shall be released after 
processing.
