FINAL ORDER OF FORFEITURE  
 
 
 
THIS MATTER comes before the Court on the United States' Motion for Final 
Order of Forfeiture.  The Court having reviewed said Motion FINDS: 
THAT the United States provided notice of its intent to seek forfeiture as set forth 
in the Indictment returned on May 18, 2021; 
 
THAT a Preliminary Order of Forfeiture as to Russell Foreman was entered on 
August 10, 2022; 
THAT a Preliminary Order of Forfeiture as to Chandler Simbeck was entered on 
December 7, 2023; 
    
THAT all known interested parties were provided an opportunity to respond and 
that publication has been effected as required by 21 U.S.C. § 853(n);  
THAT the time for any third party to file a petition has expired; 
THAT no Petition for Ancillary Hearing has been filed; and

THAT it appears there is cause to issue a forfeiture order under 18 U.S.C. §§ 
981(a)(1)(C), 982(a)(1), and 982(a)(8), and 28 U.S.C. § 2461(c). 
 
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, DECREED, AND ADJUDGED: 
1. 
THAT the United States' Motion for Final Order of Forfeiture is GRANTED; 
2. 
THAT judgment of forfeiture of the following assets shall enter in favor of 
the United States, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. §§ 981(a)(1)(C), 982(a)(1), and 982(a)(8), and 
28 U.S.C. § 2461(c), free from the claims of any other party: 
a. Approximately $36,106.22 seized from Citizens Bank account #6441,  
b. Approximately $425.00 seized from Federal Credit Union account #3025,  
c. Approximately $999.33 seized from Navy Federal Credit Union account 
#8829 held in the name of Russell R. Foreman,  
d. Approximately $183.33 seized from FanDuel account #3300 held in the 
name of Russell Foreman, 
e. Approximately $282.49 seized from FanDuel account #5854 held in the 
name of Chandler Simbeck, and 
f. Approximately $36.58 seized from TD Ameritrade account #9345 in the 
name of Russell Ray Foreman; and 
3. 
THAT the United States shall have full and legal title to the forfeited assets 
and may dispose of them in accordance with law.
