The Court sentences Defendant as follows:  
 
Defendant is hereby committed to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons to be imprisoned for a term 
of 18 months as to Counts One and Two of the Information (ECF 1, filed on May 29, 2024) to be 
served concurrently.  
 
Upon release from imprisonment, the Defendant shall serve a term of 3 years supervised release 
as to Counts One and Two, to run concurrently. The Court adopts the Probation Officer’s 
recommendations as to the standard and special conditions of supervised release.  
 
A special assessment fee of $200 is imposed. The Court imposes no fine.  
 
The Court orders restitution in an amount to be determined at a later date.  
 
The Defendant is ordered to self-surrender to the designated facility by 5:00 pm on January 7, 2026.
