Proceedings: PRELIMINARY REVOCATION OF SUPERVISED RELEASE HEARING 
The Court, having heard from counsel and the probation officer regarding 
Defendant Western Distribution, LLC., appoints Defendant Carl Bradley Johansson, 
present in court today, as the corporate representative and point of contact for Defendant 
Western Distribution, LLC.     
The Probation Office shall continue to monitor Defendant Western Distribution, 
LLC.’s activities in Wyoming or any other state where it has incorporated license to do 
business. A Status Conference is set for Monday, October 13, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.  
Based on defense counsel’s request, the Court releases the writ ordered on April 
24, 2023 (See Dkt. #121), so Defendant Carl Bradley Johansson may return to Lompoc 
where he is currently serving his custodial term.
