UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF WEST VIRGINIA CHARLESTON UNITED STATES OF AMERICA v. CRIMINAL NO. 2:22-cr-00161 CALVIN BUTLER NOTICE OF THE UNITED STATES’ INTENT NOT TO PURSUE FORFEITURE The United States hereby gives notice that it has elected not to pursue a forfeiture money judgment against CALVIN BUTLER. The United States has thus far been unable to identify any of Mr. Butler’s specific assets subject to the forfeiture money judgment. Instead, the United States will focus its collection efforts against Mr. Butler’s restitution judgment. Accordingly, there is no need for order of forfeiture in this case.
