Petition for Action on Conditions of Pretrial Release

COMES NOW BRIAN MARTINS PRETRIAL SERVICES OFFICER, presenting an
official report upon the conduct of defendant Butherde Darius, who was placed under pretrial
release supervision by the HONORABLE MICHAEL A. HAMMER, United States
Magistrate Judge sitting in the Court at 50 Walnut Street, Newark, NJ, 07102 on January 27,
2021, on a $100,000 Unsecured Appearance bond. The following conditions were imposed:

1. The defendant shall be released into the third-party custody of a pre-approved by Pretrial

Services by February 3, 2022.

Pretrial Services Supervision.

Surrender all passports/travel documents. Do not apply for new travel documents.

Travel restricted to New Jersey, unless otherwise approved by Pretrial Services.

Substance abuse testing and/or treatment as directed by Pretrial Services.

Abstain from the use of alcohol.

Maintain current residence or a residence approved by Pretrial Services.

Maintain or actively seek employment.

The defendant is prohibited from submitting, or causing to be submitted, any applications

or requests for loan forgiveness in connection with loans provided under the Coronavirus

Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act or other federal COVID-19 emergency

fund program.

10. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the defendant has not yet been processed by the United
States Marshals Service (USMS) for the instant arrest. We respectfully request Your
Honor order the following: The defendant shall report to the United States Marshal
Services in Newark, New Jersey for processing at a date to be determined.

On February 3, 2022, the third-party custodian condition was satisfied. On February 25, 2022, an
order was granted replacing the third-party custodian to Joram Rejouis.
