SUMMARY 
 
Parties stated appearances.  
 
For the reasons stated on the record, the Court grants the motion for preliminary 
approval.   
 
The notice shall be available on the settlement website in English, Spanish, and 
Chinese.   Plaintiffs represented that the settlement administrator would work on a case-by-case 
basis, as needed, with class members who speak a different language. 
 
Publication notice shall be implemented regionally. 
 
Although the settlement administrator does not recommend including estimated monetary 
awards in the notices, the Court remains of the view that such information is helpful to the 
class.  For the digital notice, the Court shall not require an estimated monetary award per 
claimant, but there should be language about the monetary value of the entire settlement (i.e., 
$27.5 million).  
 
Parties to resubmit final papers within next day or two with proposed hearing date for 
final approval.
