1 Plaintiffs provide notice to the Court and all parties that the proposed settlement
2 administrator, Angeion Group, has revised the proposed settlement advertisements to
3 include the overall amount of the settlement fund, as requested by the Court at a hearing on
4 Plaintiffs’ motion for preliminary approval of a class action settlement, held on October 9,
5 2024. Copies of the revised advertisements are attached for the Court’s review.
