 1                                           [PROPOSED] ORDER
 2           On February 6, 2023, Defendant Thomson Reuters filed a motion seeking to exclude the
 3   testimony of Finance Scholars Group, Inc. (Terry Lloyd). Having considered Defendant’s motion,
 4   Plaintiffs’ opposition, and all associated briefing, documents, and evidence on the record at the time of
 5   this order, the Court finds that the opinions offered by Terry Lloyd concerning a classwide disgorgement
 6   model rest on a reliable foundation and are relevant and helpful at the class certification stage. See Brown
 7   v. Google, LLC, 2022 WL 17961497, at *1 (N.D. Cal. Dec. 12, 2022).
 8           Accordingly, Defendant’s motion is DENIED.
