 1                                           [PROPOSED] ORDER
 2          On February 6, 2023, Defendant Thomson Reuters filed a motion seeking to exclude the
 3   testimony of Professor Joseph Turow. Having considered Defendant’s motion, Plaintiffs’ opposition, and
 4   all associated briefing, documents, and evidence on the record at the time of this order, the Court finds
 5   that the opinions offered by Professor Turow rest on a reliable foundation and are relevant and helpful at
 6   the class certification stage. See Brown v. Google, LLC, 2022 WL 17961497, at *1 (N.D. Cal. Dec. 12, 2022).
 7          Accordingly, Defendant’s motion is DENIED.
