 1          Plaintiffs’ Omnibus Motion to Exclude Defendant’s Expert Opinions on Class
 2   Certification, relating to Thomson Reuters’ class certification rebuttal experts Dr. Ran Kivetz
 3   and Professor Jane Bambauer, came for hearing before this Court on the above-captioned
 4   matter. Having fully considered the papers, the arguments of counsel, and good cause
 5   appearing therefor:
 6          IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiffs’ Omnibus Motion to Exclude Defendant’s
 7   Expert Opinions on Class Certification is GRANTED in full. Defendant’s proposed experts,
 8   Ran Kivetz and Jane Bambauer, offer opinions that are not admissible under Federal Rules
 9   of Evidence 702 and 703.
10          SO ORDERED.
