1 Pursuant to the Minute Entry dated July 26, 2022 (Docket 107) and L.R. 16-10(d), Plaintiffs Cat
2 Brooks and Rasheed Shabazz (“Plaintiffs”) and Defendant Thomson Reuters Corporation (collectively,
3 the “Parties”) submit this Joint Status Report in advance of the Case Management Conference set for
4 November 8, 2022 in the above-captioned action, to report on the status of Court-ordered mediation.
5 1. STATUS UPDATE
6 On October 5, 2022, the Parties completed a mediation before the Honorable Edward A. Infante
7 (ret.) of JAMS.
8 Plaintiffs’ Motion for Class Certification and any motion to amend the Complaint are due on
9 November 9, 2022. See Dkt. 84. The Parties have reached agreement on a proposed schedule for
10 Daubert briefing related to class certification, which they will submit separately for the Court’s
11 consideration on or before November 3. See Dkt. 115.
12 One discovery dispute is pending before Magistrate Judge Kandis A. Westmore. See Dkt. 109.
