 1          Having considered Plaintiffs’ motion to modify the case schedule pursuant to Civil Local
 2   Rule 6-3 and Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 16(b)(4), ECF No. 113 (the “Motion”), Defendant
 3   Thomson Reuters Corporation’s opposition to the Motion, and the record in this case, the Court
 4   hereby DENIES the Motion.
 5          The parties shall meet and confer regarding a briefing schedule for any Daubert motions
 6   to be filed in connection with Plaintiffs’ anticipated Motion for Class Certification, and jointly
 7   propose a stipulated schedule, or the parties’ respective positions, by November 3, 2022.
