10          THIS MATTER comes before the Court on the parties’ Joint Letter Brief Regarding

11   Defendant’s Responses to Plaintiffs’ Second Set of Requests for Production, Dkt. 95.

12          Having considered the parties’ Joint Letter Brief, Plaintiffs’ unopposed proposed order, and

13   additional evidence and oral argument, in addition to the Court’s ruling on the parties’ dispute, the

14   Court ORDERS as follows:

15   1.     Permissible Use: Plaintiffs may select the following permissible purposes from CLEAR’s

16   menu of options for their activity in CLEAR pursuant to the terms of the parties’ agreement regarding

17   access to CLEAR for civil discovery. Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act: For use in complying with a properly

18   authorized civil, criminal or regulatory investigation, or subpoena or summons by federal, state, or local

19   authorities. Driver’s Privacy Protection Act: For use in connection with a civil, criminal or arbitral legal

20   proceeding or legal research. Voters: Use in connection with a non-commercial purpose.
